Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

A. INTRODUCTION

1. This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the MMTCI-APP . The MMTCI-APP is a convenient way to place a wager anywhere you have an internet-connected Smart Phone or computer. By using this app you accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this app. By using and/or visiting any section of the app and/or registering on the app,you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.
2. We may need to change these Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time for a number of reasons(including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on the MMTCI Website. Unless otherwise noted, this document you are reading is the most up to date document. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the app and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the app after the date on which the changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
3. Reference to "you","your" or the "customer" is reference to any person or any registered customer of MMTCI using the MMTCI-APP, or “ MMTCI app”.
4. The right to access and/or use the MMTCI app may be illegal in certain locations/countries. You are responsible for determining whether your accessing and/or use of the app is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside. The MMTCI-APP is void where prohibited and if you question the legality of your use of the MMTCI-APP, you should refrain from using it.

B. MMTCI ACCOUNT

1. In opening a MMTCI-APP account, you must register through this app or through any authorized MMTCI Account representative of MMTCI, and provide the following personal information; email address, date of birth, telephone number and any other information that may be required. Your email address and/or telephone number is most important since these are where communications regarding your MMTCI-APP account will be channeled.
2. All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet/wager or register with MMTCI-APP. MMTCI reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. MMTCI takes its responsibilities in respect of under age and responsible gambling very seriously. All information supplied when registering with the site must be accurate and complete in all respects. Where an account is suspended, the relevant customer should contact us. All bets/wagers that are placed prior to an account being suspended will stand - win or lose.
3. By accepting this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and/or registering to use the app you hereby agree that we shall be entitled to conduct any and all such identification and other verification checks from time to time that we may require and/or are required by applicable laws and regulations and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities for use of the app. You agree to provide all such information as we require in connection with such verification checks. We shall be entitled to suspend or restrict your account in any manner that we may deem in our absolute discretion to be appropriate,until such time as the relevant checks are completed to our satisfaction.
4. Customers may open only one account.Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account, or to suspend those accounts until further resolution.
5. Your email address will be your username for your account, use it or the auto-provided account number and chosen 4-digit PIN to login to the app. You are also asked to enter a password during completion of your registration, remember this password for any important transactions aside from logging in to the app. Customers must keep all their information secret and confidential, as you are responsible for all bets/wagers placed on your account and any other activities taking place on your account. Bets will stand if your username or account number and PIN have been entered correctly (whether or not authorized by you), subject to there being sufficient funds in the account. If,at any time, you feel a third party is using your user name, account number and/or password, you should change it immediately via the app or ask assistance from our customer account representatives. Should you forget part or all of your combination, please contact us.
6. MMTCI-APP reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the preceding sentence, MMTCI shall be entitled to close or suspend your account if: (a) MMTCI considers that you have used the app in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;(b) MMTCI considers that you have used the app in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of MMTCI or any of its customers. If MMTCI closes or suspends your account for any of the reasons referred to in (a) and (b)above,you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities,damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by MMTCI arising therefrom and shall indemnify and hold MMTCI harmless on demand for such Claims. In the circumstances referred to in (a) and (b) above, MMTCI shall also be entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings or bonus payments).

C. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

1. You may only bet/wager with the amount of cleared funds held in your account. Accordingly, if you want to place bets, you must fund your account through payment centers and facilities designated by MMTCI appropriate enough to the amount you would want to spend on betting. You should only deposit money in your account for the purposes of you using such money to place bets/wagers on the app.We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing money without any intention to place bets/wagers.
2. Any funds deposited with us in your account shall not bear any interest. MMTCI-APP reserves the right to void any bet/wager which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet/wager. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform MMTCI without delay. MMTCI will recover such funds by account adjustment.
3. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder. Withdrawals can be processed subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account. We may, at any time,set off any positive balance on your account against any amounts owed by you to MMTCI.
4. MMTCI-APP does not enforce a minimum balance amount for you to keep your account active. However, MMTCI reserves the right to close and/or purge stale or stagnant accounts.
5. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. If so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete the transaction. However, any bets/wagers accepted from such jurisdictions will stand - win or lose.

D. BETTING/WAGERING

1. Bets/wagers will not be confirmed if there are insufficient funds in your account. All approved bets/wagers will be withdrawn from your account balance immediately upon acceptance of bet/wager. Winning bets/wagers will be credited to your MMTCI-APP account upon posting of official results.
2. MMTCI-APP reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets/wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion. Should a dispute arise, you and MMTCI agree that the MMTCI-APP transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

E. APP USE AND YOUR PRIVACY

1. MMTCI-APP employs strict privacy and protection methods in order to ensure the highest level of wagering security and integrity. Information accessed by you on the app is for your personal use only. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the account number and secure personal identification number. Except where MMTCI employees act without good faith or fail to exercise ordinary care, MMTCI is not responsible for any loss arising from the use by any other person or persons of an account holder's account. The account holder must immediately notify MMTCI of a breach of the account's security.
2. Your computer equipment or mobile device and internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of the app. MMTCI does not guarantee that the app will operate without faults or errors or that the MMTCI-APP services will be provided without interruption. MMTCI does not accept any liability for any failures or issues that arise due to you requipment,internet connection or telecommunication service provider (including,for example, if you are unable to place bets or wagers or to view or receive certain information in relation to particular events).
3. MMTCI-APP actively monitors traffic to and from the app. MMTCI reserves the right to restrict access to all or certain parts of the app in respect of certain jurisdictions. From time to time, all or part of the app may be unavailable for use by you because of our maintenance of the app and/or alteration or amendment of any of the app features.

F. LEGAL NOTICES

1. The contents of the app are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. All company names and logos mentioned on the app are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of MMTCI and/or Metroturf, its principals and/or affiliates. No part of the app may be reproduced or stored, modified, copied, republished,uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, by any means or in any manner, or included in any other app or in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service including text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our express prior written consent.
2. Any commercial use or exploitation of the app or its content is strictly prohibited.
3. MMTCI-APP licenses the MMTCI-APP Mobile application from Metoturf Company who owns all intellectual property rights associated with the MMTCI-APP application; however, MMTCI is solely responsible for the operation of the MMTCI-APP Mobile application and app and any and all customer issues associated with the MMTCI-APP Mobile app and compliance with applicable laws,rules,and obligations.

G. INDEMNIFICATION

1. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MMTCI, their parent and affiliates, their principals,suppliers(including, but not limited to Metroturf Company and its parent and affiliated companies) and contractors and each of their respective officers,directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, losses,damages,liabilities and costs (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and court costs), arising from or relating to your breach of these terms and conditions.
2. This indemnification shall survive the termination of your MMTCI-APP account.
